Welcome to The New Game. Over the next 11 weeks you will be given the chance to unravel this mystery and use the clues we provide here and in the packaging for Mudvayne’s new album The New Game. At any point you can view the Suspects page to see pictures of the accused and relevant information about them. Visit this site every Monday at 5pm EST from now until January 26th to see a new clue and determine who is innocent for a chance to win the Grand Prize of a Mudvayne VIP Laminate for Life.

The Rules are simple and include your first clue! View the legal wording here.

1. Grab your own copy of Mudvayne’s new album The New Game on Nov 18th to get a, personalized activation code. Also the packaging of both the deluxe and regular version include police file photos of the suspects, lyrics, and content that will help you discover the killer.
2. Watch the new video for Do What You Do and pay close attention for the clues within!
3. Register with your activation code right here at Mudvayne.com and return every Monday to see the new clue and submit who you think is innocent based on all of the facts that you have. The goal will be to eliminate one suspect each week until you have discovered the killer on January 26th.
4. The activation code will be required to play, but you will not be eliminated for answering incorrectly UNTIL week 9.
5. On week 9 you will have until 11:59pm January 14th to answer correctly and continue to week 10 and your chance at the VIP Laminate for Life. *HINT – owning the December issue of Revolver Magazine, with Mudvayne on the cover, will give you a chance to continue to week 10 even if you answer incorrectly on week 9*
6. On week 10 you will have until 11:59pm January 20th to answer correctly and continue to week 11.
7. On week 11, the FIRST correct answer submitted, after the clue is released at 5pm January 26th, will win the VIP Laminate for Life.
8. The next 9 correct entries will receive copies of the Deluxe edition of The New Game and posters signed by the whole band.

You have your first clue, pick up the new album The New Game on November 18th, you have the rules of the game, and now here is some information to get you started.

Your ex-girlfriends mom works in booking at the police station, you call in a favor, and she is able to get you a copy of the police report. According to the report the coroner has listed that your best friend died of multiple stab wounds and estimates the time of death at 7:24pm, November 17th, 2008. Also found scattered across the body were pictures of a naked woman, $2000 in cash, and a note that said "Payback for everything, there are no take backs".
