You can't beat the shoes called FitFlops, which are a new type of toning shoe. They are similar to MBT Shoes and really give you more of a workout while you walk. Some prefer a cheaper alternative like Skechers Shape Ups, but I prefer the FitFlop because of the cheaper price.
